Remote Guide (Black Controller)

Hey! Remote guide is available below. There is no need to activate it.

The majority of faults with your remote or sound systems are due to a battery box. We highly recommend the use of a power bank (or any other power source) as that will solve most if not all of those problems.

Please ensure that the maximum voltage is 6v. Please also note that the remote will consume power even if it’s off. So we recommend connecting the remote to a power source only while using it. We’ve done our best to find an alternative to battery boxes but have so far fallen short. Your battery boxes are great if you wish to change batteries regularly or for regular kits (not remote/sound). Please have our assurance that we will keep trying to make your experiences even better.

Remote Guide #1 (White Controller)

#1 Activation

Hey, below I will attach a short guide.

Please note that the majority of faults with your remote or sound systems are due to a battery box. We highly recommend the use of a power bank (or any other power source) as that will solve most if not all of those problems. Please ensure that the maximum voltage is 5v.

Before applying remote activation, please:

1. Change power source (for example you can use a power bank).

2. Hold the power button for 3 seconds as soon you connect the remote to power. Those seconds are very important.

Sound Guide (only if sound not works or cracky)

#1 fix

If the sound is crack/not works properly, please use completely new batteries or a power bank. It will solve your problem.

#2 fix

If it didn’t help. Please properly activate your remote (sound directly depends on a remote):

1. Change power source (for example you can use a power bank – very important)

2. Disconnect every light from the remote like in the video below

3. Hold the power button for 3 seconds as soon you connect the remote to power, just like in the video below (very important)

4. If remote not working properly, please send us a video of doing our fix. It will help to identify the problem

#3 fix

Please test the sound module by using our step-by-step video guide. Please let us know if you can still hear the sound.

#4 fix

Please check if sound files are in the sound module (sometimes our colleague forgot to install them, we are sincerely apologize for it). You can do it by connecting the sound module using your USB cable (same as you connect your phone to a PC). There is also step by step video available for this part.

If they sound files are there, please place these files in the right folder as shown in our video.

Please conatct with your results. Main questions:

1) Did you change power source and sound was still cracky/not working?

2) Did remote work properly + video (if remote not working) (https://youtu.be/cbLNqpDCLUw)

3) Did your sound work as shown on this video (https://youtu.be/lxBkXoVD7xo)

4) Did it have sound files in your sound module?

Thank you for your help! 🙂
